On-Site Amenities

1951Kidwell proudly offers a unique workplace experience with customized amenities including a fitness facility, conference center and tenant lounge.

Conference Center: There are two conference rooms available for tenant use on the first floor. Conference room A can accommodated up to 30 people and features a 65 inch screen TV with Wi-Fi connection. Conference Room B can accommodate up to 20 people and features include a 65 inch screen TV with Wi-Fi connection for conferencing viewing.

Fitness Center: The fitness center is located on the first floor featuring modern exercise equipment, cardio, free weights, free towel service, men’s and women’s locker rooms and TV.

Tenant Lounge: The Tenant Lounge is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 35 people. The Tenant Lounge features include TV and Wi-Fi connection and vending machines.

All forms can be viewed and submitted through the 1951 Kidwell Building App or the Tenant Admin Dashboard.
